Terms of Service
The conditions governing use of the Snuki Digital website and our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Snuki Digital website, or by inquiring about or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms or agreements that apply to your specific engagement with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors to our website, prospective clients who contact us with inquiries, and current clients engaged under separate written agreements. Where a separate written agreement exists between you and Snuki Digital, the terms of that agreement take precedence over these general terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
Who We Are
Snuki Digital is a digital marketing agency providing web design, webshop design, search engine optimization (SEO), Meta advertising management, copywriting, and related digital marketing services. Our website at snuki.digital serves as an informational resource and point of contact for prospective and current clients.
References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to Snuki Digital. References to "you" refer to any user of our website or any individual or entity engaging our services.
Services Overview
The content published on this website describes the types of services we offer and is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services or a guarantee of service availability unless confirmed in writing by us in a formal proposal or agreement. All services are subject to mutual written agreement, including agreed scope, pricing, and delivery terms, before work commences.
The specific terms governing any client engagement, including deliverables, timelines, payment structure, intellectual property rights, and revision processes, are set out in individual written agreements, project briefs, or proposals provided separately to each client.
Use of the Website
You may access and use this website for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms. You must not use the website in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. You must not use the website in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its functionality, availability, or security.
Access to our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to any part of the website at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, case study materials, and underlying code, is the property of Snuki Digital or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and reference our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission.
With respect to deliverables produced under client engagements, ownership and licensing arrangements are governed by the written agreement between Snuki Digital and the relevant client. In the absence of a specific written agreement addressing intellectual property ownership, Snuki Digital retains all rights in work product until payment in full has been received, at which point ownership or licence rights transfer as agreed in the relevant written agreement. Any intellectual property belonging to the client and provided to us for use in delivering services remains the property of the client.
Client Content and User Submissions
If you provide us with content, materials, data, brand assets, or other information in connection with an inquiry or a project, you represent and warrant that you have the right to provide such materials and that doing so does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
By providing materials to us, you grant Snuki Digital a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those materials as necessary to respond to your inquiry or deliver the services you have requested. We will not use your materials for any other purpose without your permission.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that content published on this website is accurate, current, and not misleading. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content. Website content may change without notice and may not reflect the most current service offerings, pricing, or availability. Nothing on this website should be construed as legal, financial, technical, or regulatory advice of any kind.
No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing, web design, SEO, paid advertising, and copywriting outcomes are influenced by a wide range of factors that lie outside our direct control. These include, but are not limited to, search engine algorithm changes, advertising platform policy and auction dynamics, market conditions, competitive landscape, client business characteristics, and how recommendations are implemented.
We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, revenue figures, return on advertising spend, or any other performance metric. Any specific outcomes referenced on this website, including those mentioned in case studies or testimonials, reflect historical results achieved under particular circumstances and are not a representation of what any current or future client should expect to achieve. Results will vary.
Case Studies, Testimonials, and Portfolio Content
Case studies, client testimonials, reviews, and portfolio examples published on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only. They represent genuine past projects and outcomes and are not fabricated or materially misleading, but they are also not representative of typical or guaranteed results. Outcomes depend heavily on individual client circumstances, sector, budget, timing, competitive conditions, and the specific services engaged. Past performance on behalf of one client does not predict or guarantee equivalent performance for another.
Testimonials represent the views and experiences of individual clients at the time they were provided and may not reflect current service offerings or outcomes.
Quotes, Proposals, and Scope of Work
Any quote, estimate, or proposal issued by Snuki Digital is prepared based on information available at the time of issue and is subject to revision if the scope of work, client requirements, or other relevant factors change. A quote or proposal is not a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
Scope changes, additions, or revisions requested after a project has commenced may result in revised pricing, timelines, or both. We will communicate any proposed changes to the scope before carrying out additional work, and such changes will be subject to written agreement. Starting work is not a commitment to complete unlimited revisions or absorb scope changes at no additional cost.
Payments and Fees
Payment terms, rates, deposit requirements, and billing schedules for services are established in individual written agreements or proposals. All services are rendered subject to agreed payment terms. Invoices are due by the date specified in the relevant agreement or invoice. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of ongoing work, withholding of deliverables, or termination of the engagement, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work, including website files, advertising assets, or copy, until all outstanding amounts owed in respect of that work have been received in full.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms, where applicable, are set out in individual written service agreements. In the absence of specific written terms to the contrary, the following general principles apply: work completed or substantially progressed at the time of cancellation is not subject to refund; deposits paid to secure time or commence work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing; any prepaid amounts relating to work not yet started may be considered for refund at our reasonable discretion on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a concern about a payment or wish to discuss cancellation of a project, we encourage you to contact us directly. We aim to handle such situations reasonably and in good faith.
Project Timelines and Delays
We work to deliver projects within the timeframes communicated at the outset of each engagement. However, project timelines are estimates based on reasonable assumptions at the time of agreement, and actual delivery may be affected by factors including delays in receiving client materials, content, feedback, or approvals; changes to agreed project scope; third-party platform downtime or technical issues; and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for delays or missed timelines that arise from client-side delays in providing required materials, decisions, or approvals, or from changes to the project scope requested after commencement. Where a delay on our side arises, we will communicate it promptly and work to provide a revised delivery schedule.
Revisions and Approvals
The number of revision rounds included in any project is as specified in the relevant agreement or proposal. Revisions requested within the agreed scope will be accommodated without additional charge. Revisions that fall outside the agreed scope, including those that reflect a change in direction, significant additions, or requests to redo approved work, may be subject to additional time and cost, which will be communicated before being undertaken.
Once a client provides written approval of a deliverable, that deliverable is considered accepted. Requests for material changes after formal approval may be treated as new work and may be subject to additional fees. Approval may be provided by email or through any written communication clearly indicating acceptance.
Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Our services may involve work on or in connection with third-party platforms and tools including but not limited to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Shopify, and similar services. Our work in these environments is subject to the terms, policies, and capabilities of those platforms.
We are not responsible for changes in the availability, functionality, pricing, advertising policies, algorithms, or performance of any third-party platform. Platform policy changes, account suspensions, algorithm updates, or changes in ad auction dynamics may affect campaign performance, website functionality, or search engine rankings in ways outside our control. Such platform-side changes do not constitute a failure on our part to deliver services.
Disclaimers
This website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that access to the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though we take reasonable precautions in this regard.
We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made by you or any third party in reliance on information published on this website. The information on this website is intended to provide a general overview of our services and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snuki Digital, its principals, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of our website or your engagement with our services. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snuki Digital and its principals, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of our website in breach of these terms; your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these terms or under any separate written agreement; any materials or content you provide to us that infringe the rights of any third party; or any unlawful or negligent act or omission by you in connection with your engagement with us.
Termination or Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds may include breach of these terms, non-payment of amounts owed, conduct that is harmful to our business, clients, or third parties, or circumstances that make continued engagement commercially unreasonable.
Termination of an ongoing client engagement is subject to the specific terms of the relevant written agreement. Where no written agreement addresses termination, either party may seek to conclude an engagement by providing reasonable written notice, subject to obligations for work already completed or contracted.
Governing Law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, as agreed or as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in the circumstances. Where a separate written agreement between Snuki Digital and a client specifies governing law and jurisdiction, that agreement governs.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection or contract legislation in your jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the update where practicable. Continued use of our website or services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
